Radar is geolocation software used to confirm your location and ensure you are using bet365 within permitted areas. Once your location is confirmed, you will be able to access our full range of products.
Downloading Radar
If you are accessing bet365 from a desktop browser, you will need to download Radar to confirm your location. You will be prompted to install the software and will be provided with on-screen instructions to follow.
If you are using a mobile or desktop browser, follow the steps below:

Navigate to the App Store/Google Play Store

Search for Radar

Click the Get or Install button to download the app onto your device.
Location Services
Ensure that Location Services and Notifications are enabled.
Important Tip
Location Services are permitted on your device by selecting Allow on the pop-up. Alternatively, you can enable location services by completing the below:
Bet Verification
Radar verifies your location when you attempt to place a bet, you are required to:

Mobile Browser - Select I Have the App or Tap to Authenticate to proceed.

Desktop Browser - Ensure that you have the Radar plug-in installed on running on your computer to proceed.
Upon successful verification of your bet, a white tick and verification message appears, this means your location has been verified and your bet has been placed.
You are required to complete this process for each bet you wish to place.
