NPM01 suggests that you do not have a Payment Method registered to your account currently.
You receive this error code when you attempt to make a withdrawal, where:

There is no payment method registered to your account yet.

The payment method you last used to deposit into your bet365 account has been disabled.

The payment method you used to deposit is no longer accepted by bet365.
Important Tip
Where possible we will return any funds back to the same payment method that was used to deposit.

How to Enable a Payment Method
If you receive error NPM01, ensure that you have enabled your original deposit method, for guidance on how to do this, visit Enabling and Disabling Payment Methods.
Once you have enabled your payment method this becomes effective immediately, and you can reattempt your withdrawal.
